Destination Wedding

THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

First discovery meeting (videoconference or meeting) to understand the expectations of the bride and groom
Selection and proposal of the destination according to budget, style and desires
Research and virtual/in-person visit of reception venues and accommodation (if possible)
Development of the detailed budget and financial monitoring
Help with administrative procedures (local civil marriage, authorizations, etc.)
Definition of the concept and scenography (theme, decoration, atmosphere)
Recommendation and selection of local service providers (caterer, florist, photographer, musicians, etc.)
Creation of the wedding schedule and coordination with service providers
Contract management and price negotiation with service providers
Assistance in booking accommodation for guests if necessary
Guest logistics (transportation, airport-hotel transfers, etc., if desired)
Menu management and tastings with the caterer (if possible remotely or on site before the wedding)
Planning my own trip and logistics to be there
Checking the installations and set-up the day before the wedding
Briefing meeting with service providers
Welcoming guests and helping with settling in if necessary

Presence from the morning until the end of the event on the wedding day
Supervision of the set-up (decor, tables, equipment)
Management of the timing and organization of ceremonies (civil, religious, secular)
Assistance to the bride and groom and guests (management of unforeseen events, support)
Coordination of service providers and compliance with the schedule
Supervision of the meal, entertainment and any surprises
Management of speeches, entertainment, surprises
Supervision of the dance party until the end
Organization of post-wedding brunch or lunch (if planned)
Help with tidying up and coordinating departures
